Weddings and Chickens

The wedding was yesterday, it made me realise that these girls are growing up.  Wow how gorgeous are they!!!  Amy has been a friend since school, she has a ton of relatives, 3 of who were bridesmaids and then of course she asked Ashleigh and Danielle.  What an honour.  For us too, seeing them so beautifully dressed took me back to Alicia's wedding nearly 4 years ago. One day they will be the bride, oh my I hope I have a little time yet.

Amy's sister Caitlyn and her feather.

Talking about feathers, the girls arrived yesterday.  Four little beauties, named already and hard at work as well.
This sweet little brown egg was waiting for me this morning, Adrian ate it with hot toast. Good girls!!!  So do you want to meet them?
Introducing Coco, a little silky bantam, she's not laying yet.  But she is sweet.
Meet Ginger, hate to say it but she's my favourite.  She is so cute.  Fluffy and cheeky.

Now introducing Julie at the back and Julia at the front.  Julia after our red haired rather pointy nosed first woman Prime Minister Julia Gillard and Julie well because they go together don't they?!!
Well Happy Sunday to you.

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat all day drinking
beer.
